Welcome! I’m glad you arrived here today!

I’m Sarah Vanderburgh, the creative director, maker, producer, and
dreamer behind Sew Joy Creations.

 I design quilting patterns created with simple techniques and no specialty tools.
I use bright colours, photo filled instructions and story to inspire quilters of all abilities to embrace the joy of creating with fabric.

I enjoy being a mom to two children and a wife to my 

husband. We live in northern Ontario, Canada.

I'm also an Elementary School Teacher.

I love to read, take photos and write poetry. One of my favourite places is 

Providence Bay - another is my back deck!
